- Do you have parking?
The hotel doesn’t have its own car park. However, there is a Q-Park car park nearby at Hanover Street, L1 4AF, which is a 3 minute (0.2 mile) walk from our hotel. Guests of our hotel get 30% off their parking by obtaining a discount voucher from the hotel Reception.
- What are the directions to the hotel?
From Liverpool John Lennon Airport, walk to Dunlop Road and board bus 500/80a/86a to Liverpool South Parkway Station, then take the train to Liverpool Central Station, which is located just 3-minute walk from our hotel.
The hotel is within a short walk of both Liverpool’s main Central and Lime Street stations.
From Liverpool Central station, our hotel is a 3 minute (0.2 mile) walk. On exiting the station walk south west on Lyceum Place, turn left onto Bold Street, right onto Concert Street and left onto Seel Street.
From Liverpool Lime Street station, our hotel is a 9 minute (0.5 mile) walk. On exiting the station walk south west on Skelhorne Street, turn left onto Lime Street, right onto Ranelagh and left onto Seel Street.

Yes we can securely store your luggage free of charge. If you’re arriving early, or need us to hold your luggage so you can head out hands-free on your last day, just drop them with our reception team.

Our cancellation policy varies according to the rate you have booked.
Our Best Flexible Rate (also known as Best Available Rate) can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 11am on the day prior to arrival. If cancelled after 11am on the day prior to arrival, the first night will be charged (including VAT).
Our Early Bird Offer Rate (also known as Advance Purchase Rate), which requires full payment at the time of booking, is non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.
- Do you have cots (cribs) for babies?
Yes, all of our hotels offer complimentary travel cots (cribs) for your baby. Simply contact the hotel in advance and they will ensure that one is set up and ready in your room.
- How do the complimentary extra beds in the room work?
Our Superior, Deluxe, Resident Deluxe and Garden Suite rooms have the option to include an extra bed (or beds) in the room at no extra cost. Please be aware that the complimentary extra beds differ in size and type from the standard beds in the room, and range from fold-out chair beds and rollaway beds to sofa beds. - Do you offer breakfast?
We offer breakfast with a difference. We don’t operate our own restaurant at the hotel, instead we have partnered with our favourite local restaurant, Wreckfish Bistro, located just across the road from us, where you can enjoy an exclusive discount. We also offer the option of a breakfast delivery service to your room, so that you can enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your room, using the items from your mini kitchen.
- Can I bring my own food, or order food in?
Yes you can. Your in-room Mini Kitchen includes a fridge and preparation space, so that you can store and prepare food at your leisure. You’re more than welcome to bring food with you or order-in using a food delivery app. Our team will also happily stock your in-room fridge with any items you request, before you arrive or during your stay. (Excludes alcohol. 20% service charge applies, in addition to the cost of items).
- Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do. We sell online gift vouchers (from £50), which can be redeemed at any of our hotels and personalised with a message.
