Our local ambassadors
Our 24 hour front desk team are all specially trained experts on the local area and passionate about sharing their knowledge. That's why we call them our Local Ambassadors. They can provide personalised suggestions for anything from where to eat and drink, or what to see and do, based on your specific requirements. They will also happily book any tours, tickets or taxis, or make any restaurant reservations on your behalf.
You can order from our Drinks & Snacks menu and we’ll deliver to your room. Or feel free to make use of any of the online food delivery apps and we’ll call your room to let you know when it’s arrived at reception.
In-room mini kitchen
All our rooms feature our signature in-room Mini Kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink with BRITA filter tap, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary Nespresso capsules and Fairtrade teas. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to store and prepare your own food, and make a tea or coffee whenever you wish.
Our team can pre-stock your in-room fridge with any items you prefer, either before you arrive or during your stay. Whether it’s just some milk, bread, fruit or yoghurt for breakfast, or something more special, just let us know. As long as we’re able to find it at a nearby shop or supermarket, we’ll collect whatever you prefer. (Excludes alcohol. 20% service charge applies, in addition to the cost of items).
