Resident Hotels Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed directly with Resident Hotels and are valid from 24hrs after time of purchase. Bookings made using a Resident Hotels Gift Voucher are subject to availability and once confirmed are non-amendable and non-refundable. Resident Hotels Gift Vouchers are valid for 365 days from time of purchase, after which they are expired and void. Resident Hotels Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and refunds cannot be provided for any part-used or unused vouchers. Resident Hotels Gift Vouchers can only be used as payment for bookings made directly with Resident Hotels and cannot be accepted as payment for bookings made via any third parties, including hotel comparison websites.

The Resident has the right to cancel reservations due to force majeure or other circumstances which prevent the hotel from operating, at any time up to 48 hours prior to the stay dates. The Resident is not liable for any associated or reallocation expenses to a booking that has been cancelled.
