We understand that plans can change, and travel arrangements move, so our new semi flexible rate allows you to book with confidence. Simply book our semi flexible rate for stays of 7 nights or more, and with only a 25% deposit, you can make any amendments to your booking without charge. Simply contact our hotel to discuss your requirements and we’ll make the arrangements for you, subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

  • Valid on new bookings only, and for stays of 7 nights or more, subject to availability. Certain dates and room type restrictions apply.
  • Rates are best on our best available rate with 25% non-refundable deposit.
  • Bookings have the flexibility to be moved without charge up to 11am on the day prior to arrival, however rates for new dates selected may be priced differently and applied.
  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 11am on the day prior to arrival and if cancelled outside of this, will be charged a cancellation fee of one night.
  • Resident Hotels has the right to cancel reservations due to force majeure or other circumstances which prevent the hotel from operating, at any time up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Resident Hotels are not liable for any associated or reallocation expenses to a booking that has been cancelled.
  • Resident Hotels has the right to withdraw or update the offer at any time.
