All five hotels receive exceptional guest appreciation, with The Resident Covent Garden ranking #1 out of 1,164 London hotels on Tripadvisor (January 2024) and an average NPS* (net promoter score) in 2021 of 84%. All five of our hotels have the Tripadvisor, Travellers Choice Award 2021 with The Resident Covent Garden awarded TripAdvisor, Travellers Choice Best of the Best Award 2021, their highest honour. This places our hotel in the top 1% of hotels worldwide and the UK’s fourth-best hotel!
