We just spent 5 nights at the Resident Soho and fell in love with this charming little hotel and its amazing staff. Situated in the heart of vibrant and bustling Soho, the hotel itself is surprisingly calm and quiet. A short walk from Tottenham tube station provides easy access to and from Heathrow. During our stay we covered the entire city from this location using the tube, hop on hop off, and on foot.
We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone in London was and the Resident Soho staff really go above and beyond attending to your every need.

Within easy walk to Buckingham Palace and the surrounding parks, as well as a few underground lines. This was a great find with the most friendly staff. Plenty of food options nearby but the Phoenix just around the corner was great. Everything in our room was as expected and clean. Having the mini-kitchen area (sink/fridge and coffee/kettle) worked out well for our trip and was nice to have tea.

My daughter and I had a great staying at Resident Coven Garden from the moment we came till the last day their service was excellent . It was my daughter’s birthday and they brought her balloons ,birthday’s card and chocolats.

The Resident Kensington
The hotel is in a great location in London, perfect for trips to the Royal Albert Hall. The reception staff are so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The lobby is really nicely decorated and the rooms are perfect for what we wanted.
The staff went over and above and dressed the room up with balloons and a card for my girlfriend’s birthday.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough

Short trip to London with my daughter. Fantastic customer service, rooms are immaculately clean.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Fridge was stocked for our arrival, lady brought fresh Portuguese tarts from local bakery.
Many Thanks and we will definitely book here if staying in London again.

Great location, very close to the Underground and convenience stores.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly; the rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was very comfortable too!

A rare find. I had the most pleasant 2-night stay at The Resident Kensington. The location was perfect coming from Heathrow, and I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff on arrival. My room was impeccable and had everything I needed, including a handy kitchenette. It is located in a lovely neighborhood and was enjoyable to walk around and explore. I wish I could have stayed longer there and would highly recommend.

This hotel is perfectly located….its so easy to walk to pretty much everything.
staff were fantastic. the room lovely, very comfy bed and great bathroom. cant recommend this hotel enough.
