Short trip to London with my daughter. Fantastic customer service, rooms are immaculately clean.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Fridge was stocked for our arrival, lady brought fresh Portuguese tarts from local bakery.

My daughter and I had a great staying at Resident Coven Garden from the moment we came till the last day their service was excellent . It was my daughter’s birthday and they brought her balloons ,birthday’s card and chocolats.
