Our Secret Garden Suite, approximately 67m2, is designed with ultimate style and comfort in mind. The suite is split over two levels with an open plan mezzanine, ensuring plenty of privacy, and also has a private outdoor terrace to enjoy a drink of any kind! The room includes a pocket-sprung king bed or two single beds, and the option for an additional two complimentary pull-out beds on the ground floor and an extra pull-out bed on the mezzanine, which can be added on request. The suite has a spacious bathroom on the lower floor, complete with a powerful, walk-in shower and shower over bath. You will also find one of our signature mini-kitchens with a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary teas and coffee. Enjoy interactive HD TVs (able to stream content direct from mobile device), versatile dining/work tables with handy USB and power points, making our rooms your home away from home.

The Resident Liverpool
This was perfect for our City break in Liverpool and well located close to Liverpool One the shopping centre all pedestrianised and on 3 levels all outside. The hotel is clean. I had a small double which was perfect for one person but would not recommed for a couple as the bed is against the wall. We had some concerns as hotel is clearly close to nightlife but we were there from a Monday – Wednesday and I could not hear anything from my room. The hotel also generously offers free drinks and snacks at 5.30pm every day and this was very welcome on our return from sight seeing and before we went out to dinner.

What a fabulous place to stay i had read really good reviews about this hotel and believe you me they were correct.the hotel was spotless in everyway and they made you feel so welcome i would certainly stay here again without doubt and also very reasonably price.

We booked a deluxe suite for the four of us and were very pleased on seeing the room. Double bed and two singles but still lots of room to move around. Loved the mini kitchen idea made breakfasts easy. Bathroom was huge. Seel street is an ideal spot to say close to Liverpool one and the docklands area and the Cathedrals in the other direction. The staff were very helpful and always cheery to greet you. Sadly we had to cut short our visit by one day due to a problem at home but would book again instantly. Well done all.
