KORA by Tom Kitchin

The latest venue from Chef Tom Kitchin and his wife Michaela, KORA presents a stylish, elegant and convivial space with food menus, drinks and interiors all inspired by nature.

KORA puts locality at its very heart – a destination for residents and visitors to explore the very best of seasonal Scottish simplicity, where the finest produce showcases Scotland’s glorious natural larder.

A menu led by Chef Tom Kitchin, Chef Director Dominic Jack, and KORA Head Chef James Chapman, brings Scotland’s natural larder to the forefront, underpinned by a desire to continue a nose to tail cooking ethos. Dishes evoke modern Scottish cooking with accents of global flavours in a collection of classic brunch dishes with a twist, light bites, a la carte dishes, as well as a dedicated menu for children.

KORA by Tom Kitchin is open 7 days a week, serving dinner and light bites at the bar Monday – Sunday and brunch and lunch from Friday – Sunday.

The Scran & Scallie

Nestled within the popular Edinburgh neighbourhood of Stockbridge, The Scran & Scallie presents exceptional pub classics, given a fresh, modern twist.  Recognised with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, seasonal menus showcase great Scottish food – or ‘scran’ – with ingredients sourced from the very best local Scottish suppliers.

The Kitchin

Award-winning restaurant The Kitchin’s philosophy ‘From Nature to Plate’, is a true reflection of Chef Owner Tom Kitchin's deep-rooted passion for the finest, freshest Scottish seasonal produce. The cooking at the restaurant reflects Tom’s own Scottish heritage, blended with the inspiration he garnered working at some of the world’s leading restaurants.

Produce arrives at The Kitchin fresh daily, direct from land and sea, thanks to a close team of selected suppliers, showcasing the very best of Scotland’s natural larder.

Located in a converted whisky bonded warehouse in Edinburgh’s old dock area of Leith, guests can view Chef and his team through a glass window in the main dining room allowing them to enjoy the theatre of cooking – the perfect setting for a truly memorable meal.
