Our Resident Insiders

Our 24 hour front desk team are all specially trained experts on the local area and passionate about sharing their knowledge. That's why we call them our Resident Insiders. They can provide personalised suggestions for anything from where to eat and drink, or what to see and do, based on your specific requirements. They will also happily book any tours, tickets or taxis, or make any restaurant reservations on your behalf.

Room service

You can order from our Drinks & Snacks menu and we’ll deliver to your room. a choice of specially selected wines in partnership with Berry Bros and Rudd. These wines together with cocktails, beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks are all available at a 25% discount to our Members. Or feel free to make use of any of the online food delivery apps and we’ll call your room to let you know when it’s arrived at reception and deliver to your room door.

In-room mini kitchen

All our rooms feature our signature in-room Mini Kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink with BRITA filter tap (currently not available at Liverpool), kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary Nespresso capsules and Fairtrade teas. It gives you the freedom and flexibility to store and prepare your own food, and make a tea or coffee whenever you wish.

In-room Groceries

Our team can pre-stock your in-room fridge and larder with any items you prefer 24 hours before you arrive. If you are looking for inspiration on what to order, why not request croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast, scones and sandwiches for afternoon tea, wine and cheese for the evening, or champagne and truffles for an extra special treat. As long as we’re able to find it at a nearby shop or supermarket, we’ll collect whatever you prefer. (Excludes alcohol, raw fish and raw meat). Currently, we do not charge a service charge and all grocery items purchased are at cost price).
