The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and communities are of utmost importance to us at Resident Hotels.
Following UK Government instruction, we temporarily closed our doors on 23rd March 2020 as part of the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to save lives. Our five hotels will remain closed until further notice pending additional UK Government advice. Our objective through this difficult time is to retain all of our outstanding team members and plan for welcoming our guests back at our wonderful hotels when it is safe to do so.
Your Travel Flexibility
We sincerely apologise for the disruption that this may have caused to your travel plans and remain available to help you resolve any queries you may have.
Our hotel teams will be in touch with all our guests with non-refundable (“Advanced Purchase”) bookings affected by our closure. Our teams will be able to assist you in rearranging your stay for a future date within the next 12 months where possible, or, provide you with alternative options if required. For guests with a “Best Flexible Rate”, cancellations will be as usual. If you need to amend reservations made directly at our hotels, please contact our hotels directly.
For our guests who made bookings through another travel site, we will also assist in rearranging bookings affected by our closure, however, you will need to make those changes directly with the third party concerned.
For new future bookings, we recommend that guests book directly with us and choose flexible rates which can be cancelled at any time up to 11am, on the day prior to arrival. We do not recommend booking stays prior to 4th July 2020 at this stage.
At The Resident our focus is on providing genuine, personalised service, hosted by exceptional team members, and although our doors are currently closed, we promise to keep our guests and members up to date with further developments and look forward to being able to re-open and welcome you back soon.
