We want our guests to relax and have peace of mind knowing that they are safe and well looked after by our team members. To assure you that our hotels are ready, we have new procedures and measures in place. Your Travel Flexibility

To offer peace of mind around your travel plans, we have made booking with us more flexible, click here for our offers.   In addition, if you join as a member, which is a very simple process, you can access a further 15% discount click here to join.

Our hotel teams will be in touch with any guests who have made a non-refundable (“Advanced Purchase”) booking and are affected by our closure. For guests with a “Best Flexible Rate”, cancellations will be as usual. If you need to amend your reservation please contact our hotels directly. For guests who have made bookings through another travel site, please get in touch with us and we will help guide you on the best way to change your stay.
