Following the government announcement on 31st October, we are faced with another nationwide lockdown in England. This has meant that we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily close all five of our hotels from Thursday 5th November for the duration of the lockdown.
We will be in touch with all guests that have booked a stay with us between 5th November and 3rd December 2020 over the coming days. Please bear with us as we contact all those guests affected. We will prioritise those bookings due for arrival soonest and work through the month. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Our New Hygiene and Safety Measures
We want our guests to relax and have peace of mind knowing that they are safe and well looked after by our team members. To assure you that our hotels are ready, we have new procedures and measures in place. To be clear, all guests will be temperature checked on check-in, as will all team members, as part of a suite of measures that are designed to keep everyone safe. To offer peace of mind around your travel plans, we have made booking with us more flexible. Save 20% with our Autumn offer that is flexible to a date change or a ‘Fully Flexible Rate’ that offers a 5% discount click here for our offers. Our hotel teams will be in touch with any guests who have made a non-refundable (“Advanced Purchase”) booking and are affected by our closure. For guests with a “Best Flexible Rate”, cancellations will be as usual. If you need to amend your reservation please contact our hotels directly. For guests who have made bookings through another travel site, please get in touch with us and we will help guide you on the best way to change your stay.
