Once confirmed, Early Bird Rate bookings are non-amendable and non-refundable. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Resident has the right to withdraw or update the offer at any time.

The Resident has the right to cancel reservations due to force majeure or other circumstances which prevent the hotel from operating, at any time up to 48 hours prior to the stay dates. The Resident is not liable for any associated or reallocation expenses to a booking that has been cancelled.
